Your AI,your data.Helt suveränt.

If you want to use AI without your data leaving the building: local AI on hardware you own, in a network you control. From assessment to a live solution you can then run yourselves.

  • No product, no platform. Advice that makes you self-sufficient.
  • Fixed-price assessment with a concrete report
  • Across Sweden, remotely

Three example server sizes. The right one for you depends on which models you want to run, how many people will use them and how heavily. That is exactly what the assessment answers.

Why local and sovereign AI?

Vendor-independent AI. Your hardware, your software, your agents.

Cloud AI is easy to start with and hard to own. Every prompt is processed on a server you know nothing about, every invoice grows with use, and every workflow you build belongs to someone else's platform. Local and sovereign AI turns that around. Here are four common reasons to choose local AI, and what you gain.

01Data

We're not allowed to send customer data to a cloud service.

Customer records, contracts, source code and internal knowledge are processed on your own server. Transfers to countries outside the EU drop out of your GDPR review, but the rest of GDPR still applies.

You get: secure data that never leaves your network

02Cost

Our AI costs go up every quarter.

Cloud licence prices and usage volumes keep shifting and the same budget buys less and less. Your own hardware is a fixed, one-off investment. Once your solution is up and running, the cost you see is mainly the electricity bill.

You get: a predictable cost you can plan for in advance

03Independence

The provider has changed its terms again.

Open models and open tools. You switch models whenever you like, without renegotiating contracts, waiting on someone else's roadmap or migrating configurations.

You get: the freedom to switch models whenever you like

04Ownership

We want to own what we build, not rent it.

Hardware, software, models, agents, skills and workflows run on your premises and are documented so you can run all of it yourselves. Full visibility, no migrations, full control.

You get: the whole stack, private and local

The journey

From assessment to running it yourselves

The whole way, in the order it needs to happen. You can join at any point and step off once you're standing firmly on your own feet.

  1. 01

    Assessment

    Advisory

Where are you today, what do you want to achieve and what is actually worth running locally? Together with everyone involved, we map your needs, your data and your requirements.

  2. 02

    Hardware

    Recommendation

You get a recommendation for hardware that suits the models that best meet your needs, from a compact AI computer to a large-scale enterprise setup.

  3. 03

    Build

    Hands-on

You decide what you want and how much help you need: we build, test and document the hardware together. If you have already bought hardware, I can help you quality-check it and benchmark different models.

  4. 04

    Installation & models

    Knowledge transfer

The operating system, drivers and AI models are installed, tested and documented. You're involved all the way and learn how it all fits together, so you can run it and keep developing it yourselves.

  5. 05

    Network & access

    Security

The right people get secure access, either with their usual work accounts (SSO) or with a simpler option such as Tailscale. Which one fits best depends on how your IT is set up.

  6. 06

    Tools & agents

    Development

We build tools, agents and workflows on your local model, from a chat interface for the whole organisation to connections with your systems. You learn to keep building on them yourselves.

  7. 07

    Running & development

    Independence

You run the solution yourselves: updates, new models and your team's know-how. If you want support after that, you get as much as you need.

FAQ

Questions about local AI

01What hardware do we actually need?

It depends on which models you want to run and how many people will use them at the same time. A small organisation often gets a long way with a single compact AI computer or server. The assessment gives you a concrete recommendation and what it costs.

02Is local AI as good as Copilot, Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes, for most internal work. Open models come close to the leading commercial ones and can be tailored to your data. If a cloud service is genuinely needed or turns out cheaper, we look into that together in the assessment.

03Does everything have to run locally?

No. Most often it's a mix: sensitive work runs locally, the rest wherever it's simplest and cheapest. In the assessment, we go through together what's what in your case, and you decide.

04Do we need our own IT staff?

It helps, but it isn't a requirement. You learn as we work, and the solution is documented so someone on your side can run it. If you want support after that, you get as much as you need.
