I work with organisations, helping them plan, build and run the systems, processes and AI solutions that make them stronger, scaled to what they actually need rather than what a vendor wants to sell.
Since 2017 that has meant developing systems and processes, and architectural responsibility, in regulated, high-risk industries. The work has always been about strengthening the organisation as much as the systems: driving improvement work, strategic planning and implementation, and improving work processes, policies and standards. As an agile coach, I have led teams through changes that took hold in their day-to-day work, and I bring that experience to training your team. With my background in systems architecture and programming, I see AI as part of a system: how it connects to your data, what it does best, how it is secured, and how it is run and maintained. That is why I build AI solutions that hold up in operation over time, not just in a demo.
What drives me is making hard and complicated things easy and simple. Taking a system or a way of working that demands inefficient manual effort or unnecessary cognitive load, and reshaping it so it works for the people who live with it every day.
I love moving forward, and I am happy to help others do the same.
